I am a Swedish citizen; speak Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, English, German & Thai fluently. My experience is international process industry, civil engineering on ground & sub-terrain tunneling, oil & gas, construction, offshore & onshore, during planning, execution, fabrication, storage, preservation, transport, lifts & heavy lifts, installation, completion, commissioning & startup support of facilities & pipelines.

Activities included planning, execution, monitor & control of work packages & work permits. Some of the projects was brown-field simultaneous operations where full focus must be held on safety to avoid accidents but avoiding incidents through control of risky behavior & unsafe condition.

Experience:

39+ Years’, Heavy Process Industry Construction, mostly Oil & Gas, Onshore & Offshore, Facilities & Pipelines;

• 15 years multi discipline; construction, project, safety, quality assurance, work package, work permit, flawless project delivery, risk & opportunity management.

• 2 years multi discipline engineering university degree.

• 10 years mechanical supervision of; fabrication, installation, hookup, commissioning & startup, onshore & offshore. Including 2 years studies, multi discipline engineering diploma.

• 8 years as trades; fit-up & welding of piping steel structures.

• 4 years to make a living in the industrial environment with maintenance, production & security.

Education & Training:

• Norwegian Directorate of Health; Certificate of Medical for Persons working in petroleum activities offshore, May 2019.

• Basic Safety and Emergency Training; completed in accordance with Norwegian Oil and Gas guidelines 002. The training is in accordance with The Mutual Acceptance between Norwegian Oil and Gas, Oil&Gas UK, Danish Operators & NOGEPA incl. HUET & EBS, May 2019.

• Basic Safety Course; in Compliance with Norog Guidelines, Prior to Refreshment of BOSIET/HUET, Test Passed, May 2019.

With this wide project preparations & execution experience I have gained knowledge of estimating time off work & with man-hours in hand it's possible to evaluate a cost to the activity in relation to the part of project execution!

I know how to sequence a project through its stages; initiation, planning, execution, monitor / control & final closeout. It includes the importance of;

• Identify & understand project scope, required material, instrument, tools, equipment & consumables.

• Break down & estimate man-hours required to execute the identified & accepted scope statement.

• Estimate the Manpower required completing the project, on time, cost & quality.

• Prepare project schedule based on dates of initiation & completion.

• Project execution requires thorough monitor & control of project prepared baselines; scope, cost, time & quality.

The above-mentioned understandings are important if you want to be able to monitor & control cost by controlling time & to control time by control scope, deliverables, resources & interfaces. This can be achieved by engaging project active stakeholders through properly planned & executed communication.
